Accessibility statement

We sell accessibility work, so this site had better hold up to the same standard we ask clients to meet.

What we aim for

Digital Mohawk aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this website and everything we build for clients.

What is in place here

  • Colour contrast meets AA for body and metadata text in both themes.
  • A light and a dark theme, both selectable, with the system setting respected by default.
  • Every interactive element has a visible focus indicator.
  • A skip link to the main content as the first focusable element.
  • Decorative elements, including the dithered photo plates, are hidden from assistive technology.
  • All motion stops entirely when your system requests reduced motion. Page transitions are opacity and transform only; the background field and the pointer trail are drawn on canvas, and both opt out rather than freeze.
  • Semantic headings, landmarks and form labels throughout.
  • Layout reflows to 320px without horizontal scrolling.

What we know is imperfect

This statement is honest rather than promotional, so: the site has not yet had a full independent audit, and it has not been tested with every screen reader and browser combination. If you hit something that does not work, that is a defect and we want to know.

Telling us about a problem

Email hello@digitalmohawk.io or call . Tell us the page and what happened. We aim to respond within two business days and will tell you what we are doing about it.

Alternative formats

If you need anything on this site in another format (plain text, large print, Easy Read), ask and we will provide it at no cost.

Statement prepared 2026. Review it whenever the site changes materially.
